The All Progressives Congress (APC) has called on all stakeholders, supporters and members, both existing and new, to participate in its ongoing Membership Electronic Registration Exercise across the country and the Federal Capital Territory.
The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, disclosed in a statement shared via the APC’s official X handle on Friday that the exercise is being carried out in all wards nationwide.
Morka explained that existing members are required to validate their membership, while new and intending members are encouraged to register and formally join the party.
He added that participants must be 18 years and above and must possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN) to successfully complete the registration process.
According to him, the e-registration exercise is aimed at digitising the party’s membership register, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of records, providing efficient access to membership data for planning and management, promoting internal democracy, and strengthening the APC’s commitment to democratic innovation.
He urged all eligible Nigerians to take advantage of the exercise and become part of the ruling party’s progressive movement.
The APC noted that the initiative forms part of its broader effort to modernise party operations, enhance transparency, and ensure that its membership database remains current, verifiable and credible nationwide.
