Nollywood actress Evans Okoro has confirmed that she tested negative for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), following allegations circulating about her health.
The development came hours after Okoro publicly accused her colleague, Ekene Umenwa, of spreading rumours about her and other Nollywood stars. The alleged claims reportedly involved Ekene telling Adanma Waller that Evans was living with HIV.
In response, Evans visited a hospital to undergo an HIV test to verify her health status. She shared a video of herself at the facility, capturing the moment she received her test results.
The laboratory report displayed in the clip confirmed that Evans Okoro tested negative for HIV, putting the rumours to rest.
