Big Brother Naija Season 7 winner, Ijeoma Otebor, popularly known as Phyna, has sparked intense reactions online after unveiling the results of her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and 360 liposuction procedure.
The reality TV star, who had earlier hinted at plans to enhance her body, shared a video capturing her first post-surgery massage session. Radiating confidence, Phyna openly addressed critics while expressing excitement over her transformation.
“First massage, now I understand why people don’t shut up about it… Finally did it. No regrets,” she said, embracing her new look with her trademark boldness.
Phyna explained that despite consistent efforts at the gym, achieving her desired physique proved challenging due to the demands of filming and social media engagements. According to her, undergoing surgery became a practical solution to attaining the body she envisioned.
