Popular media personality Frank Edoho has addressed the controversy surrounding the collapse of his marriage in a viral audio recording, where he shared his side of the story and responded to allegations that surfaced online.
In the recording, Edoho claimed that the problems in the marriage began after he discovered alleged infidelity involving his former wife. According to him, he was not the first to betray trust in the relationship, insisting, “She cheated on me first,” while explaining that tensions escalated afterward.
The television host said he confronted the man he accused of being involved with his then-wife, alleging that he questioned the nature of their relationship and claimed to possess recordings of conversations as evidence.
Edoho further revealed that efforts were made to salvage the marriage despite repeated periods of separation and reconciliation. However, he said the relationship eventually deteriorated beyond repair, leading to divorce proceedings.
According to him, both parties initially attempted to handle the situation privately in the interest of their children, but unresolved issues surrounding custody and financial responsibilities later became part of the legal battle.
He also disclosed that he presented evidence in court while defending himself against allegations made during the proceedings.
The media personality added that aspects of the dispute later became public after materials allegedly linked to the case surfaced online, reigniting public conversations about the failed marriage.
Edoho further maintained that some of his previous remarks, including comments about “keeping malice,” were taken out of context and misunderstood during wider public discussions.
