The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that candidates can now print their 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) original result slips within two hours of issuance.
The announcement was made on Wednesday in a statement issued by JAMB’s Public Communications Advisor, Fabian Benjamin.
According to the board, the original result slips contain essential details such as candidates’ photographs, national ranking, and other security features required for post-UTME screening and admission processes.
JAMB stated that the document is an official requirement for consideration by tertiary institutions and forms part of the standard admission process for candidates seeking entry into higher institutions.
It added that candidates can print the result slips using any internet-enabled device, including smartphones, computers, or through accredited business centres, from any location.
The board also advised candidates to carefully review their details after printing and keep copies safe, as the document will be required for future admission-related processes.
