Tottenham Hotspur have parted ways with head coach Thomas Frank following a disappointing run of results in the English Premier League.
The North London club confirmed the decision on Wednesday, just hours after suffering a 2–1 defeat at home to Newcastle United on Tuesday night.
That loss left Spurs languishing in 16th position on the Premier League table, only five points clear of the relegation zone, a situation that intensified pressure on the club’s hierarchy to take decisive action.
Thomas Frank, who was appointed amid high expectations, struggled to deliver consistent performances, with Tottenham dropping several crucial points in recent weeks.
The club is expected to announce an interim manager in the coming days while the search begins for a permanent replacement.
