Eid-el-Fitr: Fani-Kayode Urges Nigerians to Uphold Ramadan Values, Back Tinubu’s Leadership

Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, Nigeria’s Ambassador-designate to Germany, has sent warm Eid-el-Fitr greetings to Muslims in Nigeria and across the diaspora, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

In a statement issued on Friday, he congratulated Muslims for their discipline, devotion, and sacrifices throughout Ramadan, which he described as a period of deep reflection, self-restraint, and renewed dedication to serving humanity.

He encouraged the faithful to continue practicing the values learned during the month, including patience, compassion, generosity, and unity. According to him, these virtues are essential for strengthening national cohesion and promoting peaceful coexistence among Nigerians, regardless of religious or ethnic backgrounds.

Fani-Kayode also urged citizens to support the administration of President Bola Tinubu, expressing confidence that the government is on the right path to transform the country. He said he believes Nigeria will overcome its challenges and become stronger under Tinubu’s leadership, calling on Nigerians to remain hopeful, steadfast, and committed to good governance and national development.
