Kate Henshaw Speaks on Filming Intimate Scene with Daniel Etim Effiong in Blood Sisters Season 2

Veteran Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw has shared details about her experience filming a bedroom scene with actor Daniel Etim Effiong in Blood Sisters Season 2, describing the process as one that required professionalism, trust and mutual respect.

In a recent interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Henshaw explained that she and her co-star had an open discussion before shooting the scene to ensure both parties were comfortable with the direction of the role.

According to her, she specifically asked Daniel about his comfort level with the intimate scene, noting that clear communication was important before stepping on set. She said he responded positively and assured her he had no issues with it.

The actress revealed that she appeared topless during the shoot but praised Daniel for maintaining professionalism throughout the process, stressing that he handled the situation respectfully.

Henshaw added that intimate scenes in film productions are often misunderstood by audiences, pointing out that they require consent, discipline and a high level of professionalism from both actors involved.

She concluded that such scenes are carefully managed on set and are far more structured and controlled than they may appear on screen, emphasizing the importance of boundaries and mutual understanding in filmmaking.
