Several top European clubs have secured their spots in the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League round of 16.
Barcelona, Chelsea, Juventus, and Newcastle are the latest teams to confirm qualification for the knockout phase play-offs. Bayern München has also booked a direct place in the round of 16, joining Arsenal, who had previously qualified automatically.
Under the competition format, the top eight teams from the league stage advance directly to the round of 16, while clubs finishing between ninth and 24th place compete in the knockout phase play-offs, with winners joining the last 16.

On the other hand, Frankfurt, Kairat Almaty, Slavia Praha, and Villarreal have been eliminated from the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League.
