Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has called on Nigerians to remain hopeful and rally behind his father’s leadership, describing him as a committed reformer determined to tackle the country’s long-standing challenges.
Speaking with conviction, Seyi urged citizens to “have faith” in the president, asserting that his administration is steering Nigeria in a direction “never, ever seen” before. He also disclosed his personal prayers for his father’s well-being and expressed hope for his re-election to a second term.
According to Seyi, the president is not turning a blind eye to Nigeria’s difficulties or deferring solutions to future administrations. Instead, he emphasized that decisive steps are being taken now to confront and resolve deep-rooted issues.
Drawing an analogy, he likened the nation to a building with visible cracks, explaining that his father is focused on repairing its foundation to prevent future generations from inheriting the same structural problems.
“He has seen the cracks and instead of walking away, he’s trying to fix them today,” Seyi stated, noting that the broader aim is to build a stronger, more stable nation for young Nigerians and generations to come.
