Veteran Nollywood actor Don Richard has dismissed widespread reports of his death, describing them as false and misleading.
The actor had been reported dead on Thursday, April 23, 2026, following claims that he succumbed to a prolonged battle with kidney failure.
However, reacting via a post on his Instagram page on Friday, Don Richard clarified that he is alive and in good health.
“There’s nothing wrong with me. I appreciate my fans for the love and concern. I’m alive, hale and hearty,” he said.
Expressing frustration over the viral reports, the actor criticised bloggers for spreading unverified information.
“I dey alive ooo, the bloggers should continue their bad posting, God will judge them amen,” he added.
His statement has since reassured fans and well-wishers who had expressed concern over the earlier reports.
